Grimshaw St, Greensborough
"BEAC conducted a BCA Section J – JV3 assessment of a new office development in Greensborough, Melbourne. The job involved conducting a 3D model of the building fabric, mechanical system and electrical system, along with weather and climate data in order to get an accurate output of the annual energy use of the building."
Murray Goulburn – Leitchville
"BEAC was appointed to conduct a thorough site audit of all mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services at the Murray Goulburn site in Leitchville. This included the tracking of main pipe runs, identifying current equipment capacity and determining areas that may restrict further expansion."
Department of Treasury and Finance
"BEAC was engaged to undertake preliminary energy assessments of 26 buildings occupied by the Department of Treasury and Finance. This involved conducting NABERS assessments and detailed analysis of the current energy use of each of the buildings."
Centrelink Building, Echuca
"BEAC completed a NABERS Commitment Agreement for the Centrelink building in Echuca. This involved thermal modelling of the office building including building envelope, mechanical services and electrical services and running an energy simulation over a period of a year to determine the energy use and predicted energy rating. A NABERS Commitment Agreement report was then produced for the client."
Beach Tree Nursery
"BEAC conducted a BCA Section J - DTS assessment of the new office, shop and cafe developments in Mt Duneed. This involved assessing sections J1 to J8 and providing advice on methods of achieving compliance. A Section J report was produced and provided to the client."
Dexus Property Group
"BEAC was appointed as a sub-contractor to conduct formal Base Building NABERS assessments on a large number of Dexus Property Groups buildings across Australia."
Rue de Chapel, Melbourne
"BEAC was appointed to undertake both FirstRate assessments and a BCA Section J – DTS assessment of the new Rue de Chapel development in Melbourne. The building consists of both apartments and retail tenancies. The FirstRate5 software was used to determine the star ratings of all 72 apartments."

Brimin Lodge Murray Cod
"BEAC conducted a full energy and water efficiency audit of the Brimin Lodge fish farm in North East Victoria. This included mapping out pipe runs, determining current capacities and making recommendations of resource efficiency opportunities. A report and associated drawings were produced along with pricing to undertake various options and payback periods."
